HYAD Ltd is a paid social agency operating from London and Dubai. This policy covers hyad.co.uk and the enquiries you send us through it. Contact: hugo@hyad.co.uk.
Only what you give us through the contact form: your name, email address, what you tell us about your project, and the page you enquired from. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the services you ask for. That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by our email provider and hosted infrastructure. We keep enquiry emails for as long as the conversation stays relevant, then delete them.
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hugo@hyad.co.uk and we will act on it within 30 days.
